He conducted a thorough inspection of our home (inside and out) and was so informative. He took photos of the entry points we need to address, was incredibly affordable, and even brought his own shoe covers to wear inside the house (which I appreciated!) After the frustration of trying to take care of it myself, I sought an expert.  Moe identified the places in which mice were entering the house (7) and told me how to take care of it. We had a fungus gnat infestation and he took the time to find the source, which was not obvious.  Moreover, he didn't try to sell us additional services. We have had Elite come out two years in a row to take care of wasps. Moe has an encyclopedic knowledge of pests and came very prepared both times. Told us about the safety of his products and what to be on the lookout for after treatments. This year he took out many nests but was so honest and said that the nests were not going to be an issue, but we insisted and proceeded anyway. I know of very few serviced based businesses that are this honest, respectful and well priced.
